Dear Stakeholders,

We spent last year adopting to the adverse conditions at home and abroad and preparing our companies to the future.

Both our company board of directors and management teams have been replenished with the new generation meanwhile we have increased capital in most of our companies.We completed capex related to capacity increases,in house green energy generation and new product developments.

Işıklar Holding celebrated her 50 th year of inauguration with state of the art factories in clinker brick,kraft paper sack,ready mix adhesives,grinding media for cement,GRC plates, producing own energy needs with Hydro and Solar power plants of 35 MW as well as companies in construction,contracting,cement engineering,real estate development and JCB construction machinery distributorship serving the construction sector as a whole and is a unique Construction Conglomerate.We intend to take advantage of our country and company’s advantageous location with enormous rebuilding prospects in our region.
We plan to support our planned growth with special steps which we will take in the new year. We mourn the passing of two of our distinguished ex directors in 2025,Mr.Gökçen Odyak and Mr.Necati Tandoğan who will always have a special place in our corporate history and our hearts.
